Johan is former Quanta Chairman and executive vice president of Dialysis International at Fresenius AG.Johan has extensive experience in the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He initiated and founded Fresenius Medical Care AG with an IPO on the Frankfurt and New York Stock Exchange after a $4.5B acquisition. Prior to that, he held executive positions with Baxter Healthcare and Abbott Diagnostics. Johan is also founder of Auxilium Group and LabNet (which was acquired by Amedes Holding GmbH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is currently a member of btov Partners and is chairman and board member of CHT Beitlich\/BEZEMA Group. He also serves as a non-executive director to several medtech companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
