With 30 years of business leadership experience, Hooman has been a corporate officer at 2 of the largest companies in the world\u2014Medtronic and GE. As a member of Medtronic\u2019s executive committee and group president for diabetes, Hooman grew the Diabetes Group to approximately $2.5 billion, launched a transformational new product, and drove market share to record levels. Prior to Medtronic, he was president of GE\u2019s detection & guidance solutions business, a $2 billion group within GE Healthcare that encompassed the full suite of X-ray products in the portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to Quanta, Hooman serves on the board of 3 private companies: Mpirik, an AI company whose algorithms enable comprehensive cardiac disease detection across a hospital\u2019s entire cardiology department; PathMaker Neurosystems, the only multisite, noninvasive neuromodulation company that is focused on the treatment of complications associated with neurodegenerative disease; and GCX, the global leader in the design and manufacturing of healthcare-focused, mission-critical equipment mounting and mobility solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
