Kerensa Schrempf

Senior Director, Customer Experience

Kerensa Schrempf is Senior Director, Customer Experience at Quanta, where she leads a global team of customer care representatives and field service engineers to support patients and customers throughout the care continuum.

Kerensa joined Quanta with over 20 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industries across both start-up companies as well as larger organizations, such as Medtronic. A results-driven leader with expertise in customer success, program management and continuous improvement, Kerensa is adept at identifying organizational gaps, finding solutions to complex business challenges, and developing processes to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Prior to joining Quanta, she served as director of customer care at Novocure, a patient-forward oncology company dedicated to extending survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer. Promoted multiple times throughout her tenure at Novocure, Kerensa established the patient onboarding process, ensuring that the patient remained at the center of care.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and various certifications including Design for Six Sigma, Project Management and Leadership Development.
